Payments
AI agents for Stripe
AI agents on Stripe that assemble chargeback evidence before the deadline, recover failed payments, and reconcile payouts to your books, with a person on the money decisions.
For most SMBs Stripe is the record of money coming in, which makes it the home of two painful, deadline-driven jobs: responding to disputes before the card network's clock runs out, and recovering the payments that quietly fail. Agents handle the assembly and the chasing; your team makes the calls.
We connect through the Stripe API and fit an agent to the way you already take payments. Evidence gets built, deadlines get met, and anything that moves money waits for a person.
What we automate on Stripe
Disputes & chargebacks
Assemble order, delivery, and communication evidence into a response mapped to the reason code, ready before the network deadline.
How it works
Payment reconciliation
Match Stripe payments and payouts to invoices and bank deposits, and flag the breaks for review instead of a month-end hunt.
How it works
Billing support
Handle the routine billing questions (refunds, subscription changes, failed-payment queries) and escalate the rest with context.
How it works
Order to payment
Turn an incoming order into a Stripe payment link, invoice, or subscription, so the money side keeps up with the sales side.
How it works
How we connect
Into Stripe, the right way
We connect through the Stripe API using restricted keys scoped per resource, not a full-access secret key, so the agent can touch disputes and payouts without touching anything else. The API exposes payments, invoices, subscriptions, refunds, disputes, payouts, and balance transactions, which is what the dispute and reconciliation workflows need, and webhooks drive the agent on events like a new dispute rather than polling.
Card-network deadlines are the reason these workflows exist, so the agent tracks each one and has the evidence ready inside the window; the fight-or-refund decision stays with your team. We verify webhook signatures against the raw payload and keep card data off your servers by design. For European teams we flag that Stripe processing is predominantly US-based and scope accordingly.
Doesn't Stripe already do this?
Where the native features stop
Stripe has strong built-in intelligence: Radar for fraud, Smart Retries for failed recurring payments, and an agent toolkit for developers. Those handle the payments layer well. What they do not reach is the cross-system job: pulling delivery proof and customer emails from your other tools into a dispute response, or matching a payout against your ledger and bank. That assembly and reconciliation, with a human on the money decision, is what we build.
Questions about Stripe
Can the agent win chargebacks for us?
Win rates depend on your evidence and industry. What the agent takes off the table is a dispute lost to a missed deadline or an empty response: it assembles the evidence mapped to the reason code and has it ready in the window.
Does it issue refunds automatically?
Only within rules you set, and many teams keep refund execution fully human. Either way, every refund is logged with the evidence that justified it.
Isn't Smart Retries enough for failed payments?
Smart Retries handles the timing of automatic retries well. The agent adds the outreach and escalation around them, and reconciles what recovers against your books.
What Stripe access do you need?
Restricted keys scoped to the specific resources the workflow uses (disputes, payouts, and so on), held in your account and revocable. We never ask for full-access keys we do not need.
