AI agent integration
We build AI agents into your existing workflows: your tools, your rules, your data. You own everything we deliver, and nothing moves to a new platform.
We integrate with what you run
Most AI projects fail at integration: the model works, but it never connects to the old ERP, the shared inbox, or the way your team approves things. That connection work is what we do.
We start from your current workflow, mapped step by step during the audit, and fit agents into it. Your team keeps working the way they work; the repetitive parts start happening on their own.
You own the system
Every agent we build is delivered into your infrastructure and your accounts: your API keys, your data, your code. If we disappear tomorrow, your agents keep running and any competent engineer can maintain them.
Contractually, you are the owner and operator of the system; we are the integrator. For EU clients this distinction also keeps regulatory obligations where they belong.
Human-in-the-loop by default
Agents prepare; people approve. Payments, refunds, customer-facing sends, anything with legal or financial weight: a person clicks the button, until you decide, category by category, that the agent has earned autonomy.
This is how you deploy automation without risking money or customers on day one.
What you get
- Workflow map of the process being automated
- Agent(s) deployed in your infrastructure and accounts
- Integrations with your existing tools
- Approval flows in Slack, email, or your system of record
- Run logs and a weekly performance report
- Documentation a future engineer can maintain from
Questions
Which AI models do you use?
The best fit per task: typically Claude or GPT-class models via API, smaller models where they suffice. Model choice is documented and swappable; you are never locked to one vendor.
What if our tools have no API?
We work down the ladder: official API, then exports and email interfaces, then browser automation as a last resort. The audit tells you which rung your stack is on before you commit.
How is this different from hiring a no-code automation freelancer?
Scope and ownership. We deliver engineered systems with logging, error handling, approval flows, and documentation, in your accounts rather than ours, and we stay accountable for them under a maintenance agreement.
